Watermelon and feta salad

A refreshing and vibrant salad that pairs sweet watermelon with salty feta cheese and fresh herbs. This light dish is perfect for warm weather and provides hydration, antioxidants, and satisfying flavor.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh watermelon, cut into cubes

  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • ¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice

  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a large bowl.

  2. Add crumbled feta cheese and sliced cucumber if using.

  3. Sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the salad.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lime or lemon juice.
