Ginger soda

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely grated

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add grated ginger and lemon or lime juice to a glass.
