Golden Milk (Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Latte)
A warming drink rich in turmeric and ginger to support metabolic health and reduce inflammation.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
½ tsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
Add milk to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Heat gently for 3–4 minutes until warm (do not boil).
Stir in honey or monk fruit if desired.
Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
